Insurance

 

Services might be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

 

Prior to our first meeting, we can discuss how your insurance is likely to cover my services. It is ultimately your responsibility to know how your benefits work, but I can often provide some assistance in this initial understanding.

 

After we meet, I will bill your insurance for you if I am an in-network provider with your insurance company and you will be responsible for any amount you owe up front.

​Cancellation Policy

If you do not come to your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full session cost and that fee is not covered by insurance.
